NET500.CG has what we call a Creative Information Architect (CiA) culture. Our CiA comes comes from a sincere and voracious desire to know, discover, understand and bring the best possible set of solutions to any given set of problems.

We actively search for problems that need solutions.

Unfortunately this is not a difficult or involved search. There are problems in need of solutions all around us.  We do feel that the growing list of problems in need of workable solutions is unfortunate. Why?  Because of two reasons:

  1. Problems, though often the result of poor choices by those who end up suffering the consequences, hoist their banner over innocent victims of the situation as well as those who own the consequence;
  2. The most difficult part of our job.

What we do find, most difficult, is getting a solution to be accepted. Until a solution is accepted there’s no chance for adoption.

People hate to change. By our very nature, every human on planet earth shares a common phobia: Kainotophobia – the fear of change.

Even those of us who have learned to embrace change as an ally, still resist it on a gut level.  And to an extent, a bit of resistance is not always a bad thing.  Resistance that leads to exploration of ideas and understanding; that leads to a successful transition; that deepens the conviction of the process; that kind of resistance is actually part of a healthy acceptance of change.

But getting to that point? Well, it takes a lifetime for most people.  But it’s a process none of us can afford to try to evade.

And we at – NET500.CG – don’t.  We tackle the process of change and the procedures to initiate it, square on.

The process is simple. Even if – the execution is not.

  1. Create a working map of success for the tasks at hand
  2. Research and gather information on the project, players, beneficiaries and outcome
  3. Design the preparation, construction and delivery of the solution
  4. Deliver the findings, sell the benefits, remain accessible throughout the process.

It’s not rocket science; but it’s tough. That’s why our process is simple, direct, responsive.
